Holiday Picture Book Guide 2019

It's time to grab some books for the book-loving people in your lives! Ya'll know I am obsessed with books, especially books that feature Black and brown protagonists. It is so important for ALL children to be exposed to characters of color so they know that BIPoC are important, valued, and our voices matter. All of the books on my list feature characters of color and are written by authors of color. The links provided will take you directly to the author's website, the book publisher's site, or a Black owned online bookstore. It was important for me to include the website links so that your families can support the authors and Black owned businesses directly.
